"Support helped, but the verification got annoying"
Support did help me get things sorted out, so I appreciate that. It was a bit slow, though, and having to go through verification more than once was frustrating. Felt like I kept repeating myself before we could actually move forward.

"My order turned up with one item..."
My order turned up with one item missing, and my brain immediately went, “great, this is going to be a hassle.” It was a bit annoying because I had to contact them instead of just getting what I ordered.
To be fair, customer service did reply and they eventually fixed it. It took a few emails back and forth, but they sent out the missing product in the end.
So I wouldn’t call it a terrible experience, just not a super smooth one. I’d probably order again, but only if I wasn’t in a hurry or didn’t mind a bit of chasing.

"Checkout was actually easy"
I found what I needed without any trouble and checkout went through fine. It took me a minute to find the promo code box, which was kind of ridiculous, but payment was smooth and the confirmation email showed up really quick.

I took one look at the product photos and just assumed the shade would be accurate, but it showed up looking different in person. Not terrible, just not quite what I thought I was ordering

"Promo code wouldn’t go through again"
I tried using the promo code at checkout and it just kept failing, which was annoying. I mean, the site was fine otherwise and I was ready to place the order, but then the code thing kind of ruined it. Not the end of the world, I guess, but still frustrating.

"Shipping was weirdly fast??"
I ordered a couple of beauty bits and the shipping was way quicker than I expected, like I was fully prepared to wait forever and then suddenly it was basically at my door. I got tracking, it arrived within a few days, and the packaging was totally fine too. I’m only knocking off one star because the dispatch email came a bit late, which made me briefly spiral thinking nothing had moved, but overall I’m really happy with it.

Ive ordered twice now. The first one showed up quickly, but the second took longer than I expected and the tracking didnt really update much. Everything arrived fine in the end, so no issues with the items, but delivery wise it hasnt felt super reliable

"Paid and left wondering"
I placed my order and got the confirmation email, but after that it was pretty much silence. No real updates, no proper tracking, so I kept having to check on it myself. Once I’ve already paid, I really don’t want to feel like I might be losing out or that my order is just drifting around with no info. It was frustrating, and I wouldn’t be in a hurry to order again

I picked up a few beauty items here and, they were much cheaper than what I’m used to paying elsewhere. To me, the discount felt like a real saving rather than one of those tiny reductions that barely matters. I was happy with what I spent, and I’d definitely check here again before buying the same stuff somewhere else.

I was a little surprised by how nice everything was?? The skincare products especially were better than I expected, and the packaging arrived totally fine. One item did seem a bit smaller than it looked in the photos, but overall I’m happy with what I got.

I stopped by expecting the prices to be lower since a lot of people make it sound like a bargain spot, but they seemed similar to what I’ve seen at other stores. Not bad, just not really cheaper than the crowd.

"Refund felt like a bait and switch"
The refund process felt way more frustrating than it should have. Sending the item back was easy enough, but after that it was like everything changed, barely any updates, no clear timeline, and I had to keep chasing them just to find out what was going on.
It did finally come through, but it took way too long. It had that bait and switch feeling where things seem simple when they want your money, but getting it back is a whole different story

I ordered the beige shade, but what showed up looked more orange than beige. It really didn’t match the photo at all, and that part was weird. Definitely not what I was expecting.

I was a little nervous ordering from a site I’d never used before, but the perfume seems totally genuine. The box, batch code, and scent all match the one I previously bought from a department store. Shipping wasn’t amazing or anything, actually, it was fine, no real complaints there. Overall I’m happy with it and I’d order again.
